Data Review – All Medical Record books relating to this, are either stored with the Trusts that he worked for at the time, or by him and kept in secure and locked storage, which is off site. Any electronic data is stored separately on a password controlled standalone memory key / drive, and also stored in secure and locked accommodation off site.
Subject Access – Due to the sensitivity of the information held, all information relating to individuals can be requested, through the authorised bodies that are entitled to access to the information that is held.
